I especially enjoyed working with Chad Hatcher. The relationship began with a telephone call and then continued with vehicle information through text messaging. Once we met face to face on Sept. 30, it was easy to make a deal. Chad could not have been more pleasant. Also, I didn't realize you built new buildings and offices. Your dealership is very impressive.
I travel for a living and my truck is my life. My truck died on me out of the blue and they bent over backwards to get me in. Turned out I just needed new batteries but they checked out EVERYTHING and gave me peace of mind. In and out in just a few hours and cost way less than I expected. Service department is outstanding and very personable!
