I am from out of country & had sudden flashes happening in my rt eye from the night before. I phoned the next day to see if I could get in. I asked when the next available appointment would be & they said Oct. 26. The date of this was Sept.25 & I thought, “oh dear”! But when I explained what was happening they said that I better come in right away and they made room for me to come right then!! I am very appreciative that they could see me immediately!!! So “thank you” to the staff of three very nice ladies & thank you to Dr. Keplinger!!!

I was experiencing a problem w my eye. I called and they worked me into their busy schedule to help me. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. I appreciate the great care they provided me.

Very patient, kind, and caring staff. This was my first time here and everyone was professional, they explained every process before, during, and after every step. I would definitely be coming back for all my optical care services.
