Tyler showed up right on schedule and promptly diagnosed our dishwasher issue. He took the time to explain what happened and made the repair in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the communication and service and highly recommend Mr. Appliance for any of your repair needs!
Ed was very polite and professional. He showed up during the scheduled two hour window, figured out the problem with the dryer, and fixed it (still in the two hour arrival window). If another appliance needs repair in the future, I will definitely contact Mr. Appliance.
From Melissa in the office being very helpful and kind to Randy's knowledge and skills along with Nathaniel's skills and extra efforts to Lucas' kind help, it was a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend and definitely will use them again. Thanks to all four for their kind and helpful attitudes in fixing a high end Viking appliance.
