I took a couple years of taxes to this location. I did not file last year due to my wife's cancer so to start I had a deadline set by the IRS. Ashley at Judy's told me they would have it done and that they got us extension for this year. We'll needless to say they were past my deadline and the extension was not filed. I can understand mistakes happen but this is a area that mistakes cost you money. So after multiple messages they call me back but don't seem to concern about the problems we are having. I spent $300 with this place but am paying fee's from IRS that are even more. This place just doesn't seem very perfessional which the answering machine is a clear indication....read full review

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience my husband and I have ever had when it come's to taxe season. Our first time here and needless to say we will never return. I will say the owner did attempt to try and fix what her employer messed up and make it right by us, however I would not recommend.

I had my PA and KY taxes completed at Judy's Tax Service. After receiving my tax documents back, I was informed that I owed PA money. I have never owed PA state taxes before (I had expressed this several times). Later I received a call and was informed that was a mistake and that I do not owe any taxes for the state of PA. After reviewing my taxes more closely, I also discovered the my local taxes for PA were not filed. I included these forms in my documentation to Judy's. I was never asked any questions about this form. My local PA form still has not been filed (to my knowledge).
