“I was super stressed out bc I dropped my air pods pro and they stopped working! I call Kevin and hes like bring it in and ill look at it he was super nice upfront and honest saying that he hasnt worked on them b4. It litterally took him 7 min to fix my air pods apparently the speaker wire just came loose!!!He brings them to me asks me to make sure they work which they do!!! Then he tries not to charge me bc it was an experience for him to look at em!!! I gave him all the $$$ I had in my wallet (keep in mind I'm a mom of 3 so it wasnt as much as I wanted to give) minus 6 bucks bc i needed gas!!!I will absolutely be bringing any electronics back to him!!! Super cool dude!!!!!“
