I called at 0800 and tech met me same day at 1100. Replaced capacitor in about twenty five minutes. $90 for service call, $40 for half hour labor, $89 for part. Very responsive and professional. Would use again and probably will for fall preventive maintenance.
who has the best HVAC company? Georgetown Advantage AirGene Thompson and Joanna Thompson! They truly care about all their customers. They want to be there to take care of their customers. Our central air conditioning unit went out last night. I had just made a post on FB about it being out but I fully expected nobody would be working until Tuesday. I didn’t mention tag anybody or ask for help. But Joanna messaged me and Gene called Jimmy and came out to our house and had everythhing working in no time!
