My 4 year old's regular shop was closed yesterday, it was our first time with Jerome. He made sure my boy was comfortable, describing each of his tools before and during use. He also turned on cartoons for little man. My son was nervous at first but left happy, proud, and stylin'. I have to give this place five stars. The gentleman who works here is so very kind. I've not actually been a patron of Elite but I was recently in a predicament and he was so very helpful, reaching out to the person that I was looking for and kept me company while I waited. Such a sweet man.
