Extremely thorough and wide breadth of knowledge, personal experience alone makes him well qualified. Great guy, generous with his time explaining the inspection to me and happy to answer questions. Certified and well informed on current legal requirements for inspections. Reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend Dave with Dream Home as a home inspector.

Dave was AWESOME, very professional and took his time to explain everything to me in great detail. Dave did a great job in being very thorough and honest. Dave has assisted me way beyond his duties and still is. I will definitely hire him again

Dave was very detailed with his inspection and answered all the questions we had about our new home. He was very reasonably priced (a lot cheaper than other guys) and made sure we knew everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend him and his business.
