My original computer repair man unfortamly pass away unexpectly... I found Keven from the man's widow and took my computer there. He was great and understood my exact problem. Took my laptop in and had it completly repaired in just a few days. He had to put a new hard drive in and I thought I would loose some info or be lost with it for a while but it is operating perfectly!! Just like it did when I brought it in. I mean nothing is different at all... He did the replacement so fast and and it is working just like it should. I found a new computer man, and I am so glad. He did a great job, and he did it fast. I was super stressed out bc I dropped my air pods pro and they stopped working! I call Kevin and hes like bring it in and ill look at it he was super nice upfront and honest saying that he hasnt worked on them b4. It litterally took him 7 min to fix my air pods apparently the speaker wire just came loose!!!He brings them to me asks me to make sure they work which they do!!! Then he tries not to charge me bc it was an experience for him to look at em!!! I gave him all the $$$ I had in my wallet (keep in mind I'm a mom of 3 so it wasnt as much as I wanted to give) minus 6 bucks bc i needed gas!!!I will absolutely be bringing any electronics back to him!!! This guy was great to work with. Took my PC there when I was having trouble and he told me how I could fix it myself and save some money. I opted to have him spec out upgrades and pay him to install the new components. Great value and well worth the money to have an expert do it.
