Right before our last snowstorm, our house was unusually dry and I was getting bloody noses. The morning the roads were the worst, our heating unit quit working. I called Danny at Perdue and he said there were a couple of emergency situations with senior citizens they needed to take care of first, but that he would get a technician out to help me. Zach got here around noon and discovered our thermostat was broken. He also found a part that had leaked all the refrigerant out of the system. Had to make an emergency call on Sunday. Technician Carson showed up and diagnosed the problem in no time. Not only did he fix it quickly he took the time to clean the coils and check levels and make sure the unit was running at max efficiency. He did all this while ensuring my safety and while I asked him a 100 questions. He was very friendly and I recommend anyone needing HVAC help use Perdue. They are friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Thanks Carson!
