My husband is in pain..I know all his meds and I have questions about his medical conditions. BUT, I had to leave the room, no one can be in there but patient.Funny, in the same building, people can go with you to pain clinic and physical therapy. IM HIS WIFE!!!!!IM HIGHLY UPSET!!
This place is garbage first off all they take no children under 2 at ANY CIRCUMSTANCE !!!!! so be prepared ! Because you’ll either end up taking ur child to the er or bowling green or Nashville ! And secondly they close at 7 but stop taking people at 4 they are lazy and pick and choose they work for us not us for them ! We put money in there pockets and give them the jobs they have because of our security of coming in and we expect to be seen and treated with respect as dignity when we are sick and I don’t feel this place gives it at allll!!!! They show no empathy towards any patients and half listen to symptoms. Be prepared to wait any hour or more past your scheduled appt. This place is awful. Not a clinic for patients just a money maker for graves Gilbert. It’s a shame.
