I had a great experience at the Fastpace Walk-in Clinic. My family physician is in Bowling Green and I wanted to be seen as soon as possible. They were very professional and thorough and I was seen in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the Fastpace Clinic in Franklin, KY.
Fast & Friendly. Dr. Wilson was absolutely fantastic, (she has a wonderful bedside manner), MOST DOCTORS DO NOT THESE DAYS!! She prescribed me all the medication needed to get me through until my injury healed. Would recommend Face Past if you're needing non emergency medical treatment
This facility and its staff were great.I had been attempting to complete a drug screen for employment at one of the Clarksville locations and had been treated very poorly. The staff at the Clarksville, Madison Street location were rude and short and acted as if I was an inconvenience. I was told twice in one day to "come back, we don't have time."I contacted my employment HR as this was a time sensitive order. With his help, we contacted corporate, and I was rerouted to the Franklin KY location, which was an hour away, and I did not mind.
