Most of the girl in here are VERY sweet and helpful. I’ve only had an instance or two with weirdness. My loss of stars are due to the amount of time I’ve paid money for upgrades that did me absolutely no good bc the beds shut off half way through your time. There’s no way I’m the only person this is happening to. I visit several times a week, in the past 2 Mts this has happened to me SEVEN times. Twice I’ve been offered courtesy tans the other 5 times I was told “Thank you for letting us know” ummmm the lowest amount I pay for upgrades is $10 so at MINIMUM. that’s 50 upgrade points I’ve used for what? Staff were awesome! Helpful, nice and well informed. Can't say I'm nuts about the color of my spray tan, it's just not dark enough. I get really dark in the summer. But the staff is above and beyond helpful, kind, well informed and they really care.

I enjoy tanning here but... some of the booths only have 1 clothes hook while others have several. Also, if you arrive just as they are opening you may have to wait while they boot up the cash register. I still give them 5 stars.
