There were TWO other people in that place when i walked in. Immediately told me he didn't want to cut my hair Bc he was too busy. If he only wants to cut his friends hair, so be it. Stop advertising that you're open to the Public when you pick and choose who you want in your establishment.

Ernie is an institution. He should be institutionalized. But seriously, he's the best barber in Frankfort and has cut hair for most of Kentucky's governors and state officials. Reasonably priced.
