This was the first time my son has visited a sports clips and we will be back to THIS location every time. After being turned away at our closest to home location 45 minutes till closing ( no one waiting in the waiting area) because they had to “pick up their kids and get off in time” we ventured on over to the this location hoping to be seen. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and when I peeked my head in and asked if it was “ok” to get my sons hair cut at this time, I was welcomed with a smile and a “of course!” Sara,Nikki and Melissa went above and beyond with their level of service. Had another great experience at the Ft. Wright location. Cosetta was my stylist and she did an awesome job! We had great conversation the whole time and she had fun doing my hair style that I wanted. I will definitely be going back to see her every time from now on!
Everyone that has cut our son's hair has done so exactly the way we described how we wanted it and they've been very patient, understanding and helpful each time considering that he has autism and can sometimes be slightly difficult when it comes to sitting still after some time so we've never had to take him anyplace else. We definitely plan on staying regular clients and would highly recommend this place.
