“I love this place. I've had fabulous experiences with multiple services - manicure/pedicure, lash lifts and facials.I recently had a subpar manicure with a newer nail tech. I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. This level of attention to customer service is what keeps me coming back here.Side note: Amber H gives the BEST manicure! Highly recommend!“

“I have gone to so many different nail salons in the area. Zen Nails is my favorite by far. The environment is clean and relaxing. Appointments are easy to schedule. Mark does my gel fill ins, and he is great. My nails always look flawless. Mark is always ready on time for each appointment too. No long waits with your appointment like some other salons.“

She is extremely talented. I always look forward to my appointment with Momo her shop is relaxing and she's such a kind person. “This was such amazing experience!! I traveled from Texas, and was super lucky that they had space today to get me in. I am always super nervous about getting manicures and toes. Jen are so gentle and friendly. She did a beautiful (and speedy!) job with my French on my natural nails. “I’m a nail tech and I’m always so skeptical of getting my nails done by others. THIS BEAUTIFUL LADY CAME AND DID WHAT SHE HAD TO DO AND DID IT RIGHT!!? She was so gentle, paid so much attention to detail, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. You cannot beat these prices either. Shaping is beautiful and nail prep was very on point. Only reason I won’t come back is because I’m from Alabama :( I wish I lived near here because this SPOT IS THEEE SPOT!! Trust me!! 5/5 stars and I’m very picky! “For the longest time, I have been struggling with breakouts. I have tried everything to have clear skin. I have very sensitive skin, which made me hesitant to get a facial. Milihn assured me that she could help, and I decided to take a chance. After one facial with Milihn, I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. My face slowly but surely started to clear up! I could not believe that something actually worked, but it finally did. I cannot recommend getting a facial with Milihn enough to anyone struggling to find a solution for breakouts!“

“Like some of the other reviews said, I would give The Polish Room 200 stars if I could. At this point, there is not another salon I would ever trust to do my nails. I have been to most large nail salons in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area over the years and The Polish Room is the best nail salon by far. Both Tammy and Cerise are so talented and they take so much pride in their work. The salon is incredibly clean and comfortable. They use the highest quality products and if you get the chance to make it on their books, take the opportunity, you wont regret it.“
