I had a really bad toothache and had an appointment elsewhere only to find out they didn’t accept my insurance. I found Mortenson online and they got me in the next morning. I DESPISE the dentist, I’d rather give birth twice a day for a month than go even once a year, but the pain outweighed my fear. Heather took me back and she was so kind and nurturing I felt immediately at ease. Dr. Moore came in and was also very kind, got the examination done quickly, and had a game plan in place to get me some relief. Both Heather and Dr Moore were meant to be in this field. I go back next week to get the actual procedure done and while I’m anxious of course, I’m not scared and that is huge! If you have dental anxiety, I highly suggest going to see them.
I just switched to Mortenson Dental and was pleased after my first appointment. The office is very clean and neat. Staff is professional, yet polite and friendly. The office is very organized and efficient. I would definite recommend them.
