I needed to start back on my workout regime and heard good things about pilates. I have only been to a few classes, but this is by far one my favorite types of workouts. The instructors are so pleasant to be around and the community is so welcoming. They help you modify if you need to and are dynamic in their choices of workouts for that class. I cannot wait to try more!

I started at Club Pilates in May 21 and have never looked back. It is such a positive and supportive environment and the classes are appropriately challenging . My body is so much stronger and my I have gone down two sizes ! It’s the only exercise that I have ever been this consistent with.

I have always been into bootcamp and strength training and some yoga to stay healthy and manage back problems that run in the family. I was skeptical of Pilates but some friends convinced me to give it a try. I committed to a month of fully immersing myself into reformer classes and I am amazed at what it has done to shape my core! The space and people at Club Pilates are inviting and calming. Karen is such a positive and encouraging instructor and she is the reason I can get out of bed before the sun comes up to do the work. She brings so much light and love to every class.
