"I'm too young for back pain; it can't be anything serious; I'll just walk it off; it will go away on it's own; migraines are normal" Phrases I often told myself before finding Henderson Holistic and being treated by Dr. Henderson. I went to Dr. Henderson with major low back, hip and glute tension and pain. I couldn't sit, stand or walk normally or without some level of discomfort. Stairs were out of the question at it's worst. He carefully and effectively found the source of my pain and limited range of motion and corrected it. I was smiling and moving smoothly again within a week. I have never felt pressured to book appts just for the sake of an appt, but also know now that if I'm feeling a little off not to wait long before going in for a tune up. I did not go to Henderson Holistic for help with migraines, but in the process of aligning my back, my debilitating migraines with aura and nausea just faded away. It's been 3+ years and I've maybe had 2 mild migraines within that entire time. I no longer need the prescription medication I had for them. Beyond an adjustment, the massage therapists at Henderson Holistic are magicians. I know I'll feel relief and relaxation during and after a therapy session, especially if I can line up an adjustment afterwards. Absolutely heavenly. I like a deep tissue massage and Lillian and Debbie do not disappoint. They find the knots and work with your body to untie them! The cherry on top of the fantastic physical results, are the people here. I look forward to hearing Angie and Rhonda's voice answering the phone and being greeted by them when I arrive! I know I'll leave with a smile even if I walk in with a grimace. Thank you Henderson Holistic!
