I'm a new resident to NKY. I had a dental emergency and was taken care of within a couple of hours of calling for an appointment!!
Everyone is SO friendly, from the office staff to the dentist.
Nice clean office and everything was explained very nicely.
This is just the beginning of my dental journey, but I will be back soon for my future dental needs!
I had my first appointment today and I am very impressed with the level of care that I received. All of my questions were addressed and Dr. Hekmatyar went above and beyond with my treatment plan. The reviews were the reason I selected this office, and i’m so glad I did! Lisa was very warm and accommodating. Reception was also very kind. 10/10 experience!
I've been a loyal patient since I walked into Dr Hekmatyar's office many years ago. His caring, gentle, honest & professional bedside manner was unlike anything I had previously experienced! I used to have a great fear of seeing the dentist, but I actually enjoy going to this office to see Dr. Hetmatyar and his entire staff because they are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you don't love your dental experiences maybe you should give Ft Thomas Family Dentistry a try. I definitely have no regrets and only positive interactions!
