Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I really appreciate how the staff works with me with my leash-reactive dog and treats us so well and so kindly. I have always had a good experience and the staff does so well with my high energy dog!
My dog is having multiple seizures. We took him there first thing in the morning. No waiting. They were very helpful. They were very attentive. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They took good care of our dog and us. He had a seizure while we were in there. The staff was on top of it. Thank you all so much
