Very disappointing. I live in an HOA community this company is contracted to do snow removal for on their Private Drives. They did not show up after the 6" snow on Sunday 1/22/23, and repeated attempts to contact them were unanswered. They also never showed up during the Christmas storm. If you are looking for a company that never shows up and doesn't communicate, this is your company. If not, steer clear.

Hired for a quick lawn mowing job for a house I’m selling. I made it clear that I would not be at the property to verify the job was done. So, one would think pictures would be taken before I pay in order for me to know the job was completed. Pictures weren’t taken so there was no way for me to see if the job was done. When I asked about pictures, Dylan said he’d have to charge a “service fee” of $35 just to send proof. The yard was small and the original cost was $26.
