Eric was thorough and provided information that was easily understandable. He showed me everything that was included in the very detailed report and most importantly, he put my mind at ease. The significant cracking that was taking place in our home made me feel uneasy about the structural integrity. Eric helped clarify the reasoning for the cracking, and how to fix it. AO is best in class!
