I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. Mark does my gel fill ins, and he is great. My nails always look flawless. Mark is always ready on time for each appointment too. No long waits with your appointment like some other salons.“

“This was such amazing experience!! I traveled from Texas, and was super lucky that they had space today to get me in. I am always super nervous about getting manicures and toes. Jen are so gentle and friendly. She did a beautiful (and speedy!) job with my French on my natural nails. “I’m a nail tech and I’m always so skeptical of getting my nails done by others. THIS BEAUTIFUL LADY CAME AND DID WHAT SHE HAD TO DO AND DID IT RIGHT!!? She was so gentle, paid so much attention to detail, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. You cannot beat these prices either. Shaping is beautiful and nail prep was very on point. Only reason I won’t come back is because I’m from Alabama :( I wish I lived near here because this SPOT IS THEEE SPOT!! Trust me!! 5/5 stars and I’m very picky! “I got French gel on August 31 and it's now OCTOBER 4, no chips at all! They've lasted for over a month, of course my nails have grown out but since it's French, I don't mind. Not only did the owner provide the best quality, her customer service was top notch. It was my first time visiting Cincy and I had come straight from the airport, hoping to get my nails done somewhere. She was so accommodating and even went out of the salon to give me directions to my hotel afterwards. I can't speak highly enough of Prism. “For the longest time, I have been struggling with breakouts. I have tried everything to have clear skin. I have very sensitive skin, which made me hesitant to get a facial. Milihn assured me that she could help, and I decided to take a chance. After one facial with Milihn, I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. My face slowly but surely started to clear up! I could not believe that something actually worked, but it finally did. I cannot recommend getting a facial with Milihn enough to anyone struggling to find a solution for breakouts!“

“Like some of the other reviews said, I would give The Polish Room 200 stars if I could. At this point, there is not another salon I would ever trust to do my nails. I have been to most large nail salons in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area over the years and The Polish Room is the best nail salon by far. Both Tammy and Cerise are so talented and they take so much pride in their work. The salon is incredibly clean and comfortable. They use the highest quality products and if you get the chance to make it on their books, take the opportunity, you wont regret it.“
