“Queen City Physicians is great! There are a lot of doctors so we never have any issues getting an appointment when my son is sick, and they have weekend hours too which is a plus. The nurses when you call the sick line listen to you, and hear you out, even when you’re calling about something minor. We’ve seen a lot of the doctors in the practice but primarily see Doctor Costello and she is amazing! She takes her time during your appointment, doesn’t rush you, is great with my son and very kind. I could not recommend her more!“

“After a slight setback from TKR at week 5, thinking my RSD/CRPS has come out of remission, Jennifer Ripley gave me so much hope today at my appt. She reminded me that my symptoms are also part of what other patients experience. She explains everything so well, in such a positive way, and that gives me courage to push thru the pain. “DO's NOT MD'sPeople, do your research! All the doctors at White Oak are DO's, trained to look at the whole body, not just add another pill to fix you. Allopathic doctors (MD's), by definition, treat symptoms and diseases using drugs, radiation, or surgery. Osteopathic doctors (DO's), look at the whole body, emphasizing on helping each person achieve a high level of wellness by focusing on health education, injury prevention and disease prevention. If you just want another pill added or a surgery, go see an MD. But if you're tired of not getting well, go see a DO and learn why!“

“I have been receiving treatment for a reoccurrence of Ovarian Cancer for the past 9 months after nearly 4 years cancer free. Two types of chemo were tried and failed this time...but this group of doctors never give up...they just go on to the next attempt to cure it! That is where I am now! My treatment is finally working! Elizabeth Gaitley has been there, with Dr. Jack Basil, through the whole experience. Sometimes she does the physical exam. I have asked her question after question, contacted her on My Chart numerous times... she has seen me at low times and at high times.
