I have had a bad neck back for years: osteoarthritis, bulging disc etc. When it flares up it causes a lot of pain and discomfort. I’ve tried cortisone shots, regular massage and prescription ibuprofen but all of those combined did not relieve my pain. Medical massage with Karen, at Healing Touch, has been my saving grace. She is able to evaluate and determine exactly what is causing the irritation at that specific time and work it out. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and expertise.
