“I signed in at 12 noon was told I had an appointment at 1pm and I could sit in my car if I wanted to. I agreed they called me at12:20 to come in that a room was ready. Dr Woods was awesome. He took the time to examine me and talk. All staff were friendly. Great people. Quick service.“

They called her in a prescription and hopefully she is on the mend. I would recommend this walk in clinic if you can't get to your primary care.“

“Cincinnati Children's Hospital has been the biggest blessing to some family friends of ours. Their 12 year old daughter received a bone marrow transplant at Children's Hospital Los Angeles last year. She was transferred here for a higher level of care & more specialized treatment. This team of oncology/BMT physicians is superb! They are intelligent, caring, intuitive, & intentional people. They have maximized her treatments & done a hell of a job trying to save her life! Their nursing staff on G5 is nothing short of magnificent. Every single nurse we've had has been nice, patient, informative, understanding, etc. There is nothing they can't do. They have made us feel heard, comforted, loved, & supported. This team is unparalleled. Our PT's & OT's are also patient and loving. They are so experienced that they have been able to rehabilitate her arm & her legs partially as well, after a stroke. Our girl is doing better thanks to this amazing team. Their incredible child life team threw her a 12th birthday party last week & it rocked! They went above & beyond, as if she were their own daughter. They dressed up in the theme, wrapped gifts for her, bought her a cake, & set up an incredible 5 way FaceTime on the TV for family & friends at home in California to join our birthday party. It was the most incredible day. We can't say thank you enough. We have not met one person here that we haven't liked. This hospital is a 10/10, they deserve higher recognition! Thank you to CCH & BMT!“

“This place isn't fast I will admit. But if Dr Robert So in here this guy actually does his job. He doesn't force medications on you and push you out. My visit with him was the longest I've spent with a doctor in 10 plus years at least and due to that I felt the most confident I've felt in 10 plus years I was diagnosed properly and was given information about literally everything I need. I almost didn't have to even ask a question he was so out going with his information. I feel like I went to a private health facility with the attention I received. 10/10 for me the wait was worth my health some people need to remember doctors aren't fast food and shouldn't be treated as such.“
