The customer service is exceptional in a time where you can’t get good customer service in most businesses. They greet you at the door, offer refreshment while you are being waited on and their knowledge about pools( any aspect) is excellent.

Shehan Pools installed the pool at the hotel I manage. Their whole team has been wonderful to work with. I visit their store about once a week and I am always greeted by a trio of friendly young men learning the family business. Cole, Adian and Will are always happy and professional and always offer me a cold beverage. They've even learned my name, a sign of great customer service. Debbie and Eric are also great. New pool owner. Took an O-ring for my filter and talked to Deb. Couldn’t get an exact fit. She said take pic of filter, I know a guy. She was right. Plus they had part in next day. Great customer service.
