I used Senior Helpers to daily assist an elderly friend of mine. I enjoyed meeting the administrator to review our needs and set up our account.
Once we were an active client, I met several employees who assisted my friend. Each employee was friendly, professional, respectful, timely and seemed to be genuinely concerned for both my wants AND the needs of my friend.
If we had a concern or an additional need, the administrator was always easy to reach and quickly accommodated our request.
All in all, I was/am impressed with Senior Helpers and would both use them again and recommend them to others.
Senior Helpers provide wonderful care for my grandmother. Also, they are wonderful to work with. They make sure to provide your loved one with care and the respect they deserve. I would highly recommend them.
