One of the best companies I have ever dealt with, from cell phone corporations with specific customer service departments to personal mom & pop shops. This is one of the now extremely rare honest, fair and knowledgeable companies that really care about what the do. They really want to help you. Always very responsive; answered every time I called except for once, so I left a voicemail. I had a response within 2 hours that same day. Everyone I spoke with could not have been more friendly and understanding. Rick, one of the owners (I believe) spent close to an hour of total time over 3 days answering my questions with in depth information and advice on how to identify my issue and potentially manage it myself. It was clear that Rick really knows his stuff when it comes to bugs. I don't though, so I didn't feel confident identifying what I saw, even with his vivid descriptions. The price he quoted me for treatment was specific to my situation and was by far the fairest price I had heard to that point after speaking with 3 other companies. And due to my ambiguity bordering on paranoia, I finally decided to schedule a treatment, mostly for peace of mind. Rick had already mentioned previously that they were full for the rest of the week, but was able to find a time to squeeze me in the next day! The guy who came out (Larry?) was just as friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the bugs as carpet beetles, and explained that what I found was a small infestation that I could probably manage myself. At no point did anyone insist on treatment or make me feel like it was my only option, despite my many requests for their profession opinion. (Larry?) made sure to update me on their availability around this holiday season and told me I could simply call back if I noticed any more problems. They didn't charge me a dime for coming out and consulting, or for all the information Rick provided over the phone. From now on, if I hear anyone in my life mention a bug problem, this is the company I will recommend.
