My husband and I thought we could handle it on our own, but we couldn't so we called Perfection on a Sunday and they immediately went into action. I got a call that day from someone asking questions and setting up an appointment. They came out and treated our home. We signed up for quarterly service and we've been on it ever since. Our technician has always been communicative and amazing. He is so nice to our kiddo, and our pets -- just a nice guy.

Recently, we got a bird in our wall. We thought it was in our HVAC. So I called them at like 6:00 pm and left a voicemail, explaining the situation. They called me back within the hour and connected me with their wildlife person. He came out the next morning, did his thing, and got the bird out.

I found out about him through the recommendations of several trusted landscapers. Moles were destroying our yard. Tom and his associates got rid of the moles. The Moleman team takes great pains to patrol the yard with every visit. The team members work quietly and efficiently. You never know they're there. But, the moles do.“

“I really miss having you treating the apartments and common areas at St. Francis Court Apartments in Cincinnati! I went for 12 years without a bedbug incident when my apartment building used Permakill. Now that management is using Go2-Pros they come back a couple months after the exterminator has gotten rid of them. The exterminator is nice. However he doesn't spray unless you say you have what ever critters. Or you ask to be treated. Also the common areas are only sprayed if there is an infestation. Note we had another guy from Go2-Pros who also didn't do preventative maintenance unless you asked. Permakill on the other hand strongly believes in preventative maintenance. I don't know if this is standard procedure with their company. Or if this is an arrangement with Folkers Management for their apartment buildings. Or even just for St. Francis Court Apartments!“
