I went in there to check the price on a robotic pool vacuum. I ended up getting a needed piece for the vacuum I have. A young man with gorgeous red hair took me to a pool to show me how to hook it up. Great customer service and will definitely go back.

These guys are generally knowledgeable and if you bring in a broken part there's a good chance they have a replacement. I need my pool light, case of shock, and some alkalinity and they had everything readily available and in bulk.Shock is outside in the shed and you can purchase it inside before taking a case to your car. It's liquid but you get 4 containers per case. Prices vary but I find them competitive with online prices.

Someone came out to the house, he seemed to be a nice guy, he looked at the heater pointed out several installation flaws and pronounced that the heater needed to be replaced. I got the distinct impression he just didnt feel like messing with it he didnt even look up the error code it was displaying. I paid close to $100 for this call. Several weeks later a different service fixed the heater by installing a $75 part and charged me another $75 to install it.
