I met Joe in 2015 prior to retiring from a large corporation. I had quite a bit of money to invest for my retirement and needed to have someone I could trust with my money. We met several times prior to my retiring to ensure I was making the right decision. He explained himself in layman’s terms making sure I completely understand. Our family has known Joe for years and appreciate all he’s helped us with. We needed to find the right life insurance and he was a big help with that.When our mom passed away he walked through the claim process so we knew what we needed to do, connected with the funeral home on all the paperwork and payment details, and kept us updated along the way. He also helped us figure out what to do once we got it so we knew what choices we had if we wanted to invest. It was just a really hard and overwhelming time for our family and he was kind, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Very bad experience. Didn't have me sign the correct documents on more than 1 occasion. Supposedly left a voicemail to come back & fill out the right form for checks for my money market account (I didnt receive message) he never followed up & i never received my checks. Totally misinformed me on fees, cash accessibility. I closed my account. Wouldn't recommend investing with him.
