I called today at 10ish and had a tech out around noon. Super polite and knowledgeable and showed me all the key factors about my furnace and thermostat to understand the issue and how to read the codes if the issues wasn’t resolved with the part replacement . I appreciate the prompt arrival and quick turnaround to fix my furnace the same day it stopped working . Highly recommend.

Follow up review here. Chuck's getting a bit pricey and out of its local neighborhood approach. Called for a service call cuz the thermostat went out. Quoted $140 for service call and 30smth minutes of service. Tech left with a $300 bill after installing a very basic ($40) thermostat replacement. I am no math genius, but I don't thinknthe numbers add up. Don't mind paying for it, but didn't even get the programmable unit.Now, if I want to upgrade the thermostat to one that gives todays typical functionality, it will be unit cost (circa $200) plus another $140 for install...what gives
