I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Braxton for 5/3/24. The price was very affordable, and I received quality service and excellent cleaning! It was easy to set up the appointment. They have a really detailed website that gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Mike and Josh came the next day. After I confirmed with the company that I was at the residence, they anrrived early, which was great. They cleaned 3 rooms. Both men were professional, paid attention to details, and hard-working. Mica did a wonderful job! Great communication and was extremely professional and pleasant. Explained everything to me and was quick and also thorough. My couch has a second life and I will maintain with yearly cleaning! Will absolutely use Braxton again!

Amazing! From a customer service view: Easy to schedule with. Had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Arrived on time. They even still take cash for payment!For the cleaning: Will cleaned my carpet and was very thorough. Answered my questions. Got up a couple tough stains. Very friendly! My carpet looks brand new and smells amazing.I will most definitely schedule with them again and request Will!
