My wife had tried to reach out to two carpet cleaning companies that heavily advertise for cleaning our home. One of them took several days just to respond and the other only responded with a follow up call. I searched for a local company in Florence and found Blue Sky. I was pleasantly surprised when they actually answered my 1st call with a live person who was not in a call center. They able to answer my questions without having to ask someone else or the need to get back to me and we were able to schedule the effort the next day.
