Active Home Care - Kentucky North

I want to say that I have used almost every home health care provider in Northern Kentucky for my mom. I have had no shows, I have had no staff, I have called the main office for help and left many message late for help. I was referred to Active Homecare for the first time in March of this year. But to my disappointment , the same things kept happening. I’d get excuses from the lady in the office... I’d get promised.... i’d Leave several messages and be needing help. Again, I gave up.
