Hi, I’m Somkiet Kiser… and I live in Grayson, Kentucky. On 6/27/20025, I had a technician from Air Supreme to come over for a service, on my central heating and air conditioner unit. The service technician was Dustin B., he did an amazing job…check # 1332.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had an older unit that was leaking refrigerant and freezing up. A fella that was recommended to us came out for about 3 years in a row, topping it off each time, charging us more and more each time to do so and the 3rd year it had to be done twice just to have AC thru the summer. It was quite expensive and I requested the actual problem be located and fixed only to be told it wasn't worth it, that they'd keep filling the refrigerant if I wanted them to but that was all they were willing to do. Well, summer before last we went without AC - fortunately this old house is set in such a way that it isn't too bad except for a couple hours in the heat of the day. Last summer we used several floor model units thru the house - they did ok except thru the heat of the day then it'd get pretty toasty in here. Well, my health issues being what they are (exacerbated by heat), I told my husband we had to get AC back in the house this year, whatever it took. I reached out to Air Supreme about 6 weeks ago, explained what my unit was doing, how the previous guy refused to even try and fix it and requested they please just get us up and running again with reliable AC. Not only were they quick to return my call, they had someone out to me the next day, working me in to their day to make sure I knew I was seen and valued as a customer. They quickly diagnosed the problem, located a part (which did take a day or so to retrieve - but they stayed in contact) and got it installed with an upgraded unit for me. I am thrilled to say my AC is running perfectly! I used to have people complain my house was too hot walking into - now they're telling me it's too cold! A welcome change!
