Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks of the year. They repaired a part on our unit and got the air going quickly. When another issue came up the next day, they came out within an hour of the call. Alex got the air going again, ordered a new part and said he would have it fixed as soon as the part came in. He assured us that we would have a cold house until the part came in after the holiday. If by chance there were any issues, they would be out right away. They worked around our crazy work schedule. Bailey came with the new part a few days later, fixed the A/C, cleaned up the area and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Alex and Bailey were a delight to work with. They answered all our questions, were very prompt and professional.
