Gary and Kelly came to my high school employer and was awesome. I came to “learn techniques for my daughters and wife” but really I learned that my moves of self defense may not be as affective and what ways to beat the crap out of my attacker. That is more instinctive, reactive, and logical. We had fun, we laughed which captivated our attention and seriousness even more andwe all learned, built some self confidence in defending ourselves and look forward to the other 3 sessions. Highly recommend them.
This place is very nice I love it, my confidence about my body has went up sense I've been going here, I've made lots of friends! Everyone here is down to earth and it's an awesome experience, you should sign up :D
The coaches are amazing. They train so well. My daughter is so excited to come here 4 days a week! She gets so much exercise. Oh, and the owner is always available, super nice and helpful!
