We've only been going to Dogtown Erlanger for about a month now but we will continue going whenever we can. The staff genuinely cares for the dogs as if they're their own and the cameras have eased my anxiety of leaving my dog to almost nothing. I'm so thankful for Dogtown, especially Antonio, Boa and Eli!
The team at Dogtown is absolutely amazing! They proactively communicate and care for our puppies. Macey, the manager, is awesome and has a great team of support. We watch the video often to check in on our boys and we see staff actively managing the room and cleaning. Highly recommend, our boys come home exhausted!
This place is great. They take care to observe any of your fur babies needs and address accordingly. My guy, Pippin, is a bit elderly and thus set in his ways, not as playful as some youngsters and so, they made sure he has a quieter area to hangout. Plus you can utilize all the security cameras anytime. Macy in particular was awesome, I had an overseas trip where I was gone for about 1month and Pippin at started getting a hotspot on one of his paws, she let me know and we coordinated w my vet to get the meds he needed started whilst I was gone. Good people that care for your animals as if they're their own!
