I made an appointment with this company for roofing job estimate. I called to confirm. They had our contact information and TODAY no call or cancellation, JUST NO SHOW.I called and was told emergency occured and they would not be able to come until next Monday. They said they didn't have right contact information for us which is a total LIE.The lady that answers the phone is RUDE and unapologetic for their lack of professionalism.I am glad to know this now before I gave them any money.

Don't show up. Don't have common courtesy to call to cancel appointment. Office person is rude and condescending They whole place lacks professionalism and the ability to tell the truth.

I called in December early. They will do the repair in January. Never showed. Called again. No return call. Called in February. Never returned call. Are they out of business? Time to move on & scratch Bresser!Services: Roof repair
