If I could give True and John 100 stars I would! I was so tired of the other nail salons in Etown, between the waiting, never being sure if you'll have a good outcome, then I stumbled across them on Facebook and I'm so glad I did! John was efficient but took his time and the quality of my new set was outstanding. They're amazing and super responsive to messages. You won't regret it!
John never misses. Any design I request, he brings to life. His talent speaks for itself. This salon isn't super fancy, the vibe is very casual. You come here for the incredible artwork True and John have to offer. I never have to wait, they budget their time very well and operate as appointment only, so make sure you book ahead of time! They are cash only as of recently and they have an atm inside.
I have only been in Kentucky for about a year and have tried several other salons, but no one would do what I wanted and everyone was so expensive. Did a quick research on Google and discovered True & John Nails. They had almost all 5 stars! I called, not expecting to get in quickly, she had a cancellation and took me in immediately. OMG what a delight! She did a fill and gel polish for $55! My husband doesn't care for nail color, so True did an American tips. OMG, they look so natural, not thick and fake looking. I have already made my next appointment for a complete mani/pedi. So looking forward to it! Thanks True, you have a new client for life!
