“I have been training with the help of Aaron for a little under three months now. First, I’m a full time active duty soldier and a mom so time is an essence for me. I called Olympus Training one day and spoke to Aaron, I let him know what I was doing and let him know I was frustrated that I was not losing anything after working so hard for months. I even told Aaron that I feel guilty when I eat an Oreo, his response to me was “you poor soul, please have an Oreo,” but where I’m getting at is that I just needed a bit of guidance in my workouts from changing my routine and he helped tremendously. Here I am in just about 90 days and I have lost 8 pounds and 4% of fat in a healthy way by maintaining my calories and working out consistently. Aaron has coached me into some exercises that I have never even heard of but have realized that they are enjoyable. The plus of all of this is my training is 100% online, meaning he sends me workouts and I perform and ask questions which is nice because it gives me the accountability that I need to workout to meet my goals. I am happy with OLYMPUS GYM and the highly experienced trainer Aaron. It’s nice to see results without having to struggle mentally or physically! Thanks ?
