Look, there are many many of the people who look at this page who either can not afford health care, can’t afford the medicine they are prescribed or are too ashamed to admit either of these things. The Community Health Clinic is the most wonderful place in Elizabethtown for health care that you can find. You will not find a more dedicated group of people anywhere to help you work through the craziness of applying for Medicaid if you are eligible, or Medicare if you’ve reached that age, they will do bloodwork and check your heart and listen to your lungs and run tests and if you think you’re pregnant they can get you through that ever so important first prenatal appointment. This group of dedicated volunteers wants you to come see them! Please, do not ignore some medical problem because you think there is nowhere to go. GO TO THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC. They will take care of you.

FREE CLINIC - CANNOT HAVE INSURANCE. The Community Health Clinic’s mission is to provide basic health care, dental care, prescription assistance, advocacy, and education to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge & Grayson Counties in order to enhance access to health care in these five counties of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
