Truly AMAZING customer service from Mike and his team at Plumber’s Supply in Elizabethtown, KY.
I have had a shower leak for 2-3 months that I have tried to fix to no resolve. As a mother, I did not want to call a plumber and be charged an extraordinary amount of money for something that I could fix. So I went to the Plumber’s Supply store where Mike and his team assisted me. Mike came up with a solution within 15-30 mins saving me hundreds of dollars.

My husband and I walked into Plumbers Supply today needing a drop in tub for our builder yesterday. Justin Smith went above and beyond to help us find one. He even called other businesses nearby until he found us one. We will be back to buy other stuff from Plumbers Supply because of this gentleman’s kindness.

They didn't shy away from the new owner and could professionally help with any and all questions during good and difficult times. Always offered to help. Personable and knowledgeable.
