My basement flooded and I was not sure what to do, so my friend told me to call pules carpet care! They was very quick to respond to me and very polite! They got the job done it a timely matter and helped me walk through the insurance process!
Our basement flooded due to our hot water tank bursting. Water was everywhere, so immediately I started calling around for a resortation companies. I called Servpro, Paul Davis and Piles, they all showed up within hours of the call which was Awesome.We decided to go with Piles and they did an amazing job. They explain the process from start to finish, they worked with our insurance company and most importantly they completed the job within a timely manner. I hope this never happens again but if it does we are DEFINITELY calling Piles. ~~~~ The Kennedy's Radcliff
Update Thanks piles for coming out so quick when My washer flooded my house. Great customer service and so quick to respond and to work with your customers.My carpets never looked better. They did an awesome job on my color seal on my title. They offer so much duct cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning. Thank you piles you are great.
