The massage was unlike any other I have had before. it was so relaxing, meditative, restorative and exactly what I was looking for. there was time at the beginning of the session to understand what my expectations were and also what I should expect before, during and after the massage. Ashley is the sweetest and very knowledgeable massage therapist. I have been going to her for several years for deep tissue massages which has brought much relief to my neck/shoulder pain. I like that she is the owner and therapist so she is the only one you will see which allows her to learn your problem areas. She follows the CDC guidelines and provides a clean, calm and relaxing setting.
