I just wanted to give a shout-out to our local Menards in Elizabethtown, KY! The service provided to settle an issue that arose with a property I manage was resolved with the utmost service by Menards - specifically the managers Sean & Angel. Thanks Menards & to these managers for being Awesome!

Menards has great selection and good prices if you don't mind fooling with the rebate forms. This particular Menards needs to do a better job training its employees. They are often unfamiliar with the products in their departments (e.g. having no idea what a reciprocating saw is). The employees in this store are also reluctant to provide more than a finger point in a general direction when asked to help find something (even something quite pricey) and they don't like to help you load out. I'm going to switch over to the new store in Bowling Green and see if they have better service.

A young man. By the name of ya-ear. Helped us out a great deal, and he even asked a simple question that helped a lot. He asked what quality of wood we needed. If you're in the lumber say hi
