After my provider left, I was transferred to Kristen Donnelly, ARPN. It was going to take over two months to get in to see her. My prescriptions were out. She would not give me my refill until I was seen. She is a lawsuit waiting to happen. She really expected me to wait and go without my needed medication. The quality of care is really bad now. I found a new provider and will not look back.

Terrible service! Treated with such disrespect!!! Lastly, we went back to an examining room at 1:20. The medical assistant told us we would be seen next because there was only one patient before us. At 2:45 we had not been seen by a doctor or NP. We decided to leave. Every room we passed by was empty and everyone was standing back talking and yet not one person asked if we needed help. Disgusting practice!! I will never take my granddaughter there again. This was the 2nd time a mistake and or neglect was made concerning my granddaughter . I'm reporting today's episode to Baptist Health Patient Advocate.

New to the area and made an appointment for some abdominal pain (which could mean something serious so perhaps the doctor should have taken it as so). Arrived for my appointment time and was told I couldn't be seen because I needed to be there 30 minutes prior. This is information that NO ONE relayed to me when I made the appointment. When I explained this along with my pain the lady asked the doctor if he would make an exception but he said no. What happened to compassion and care in the medical field? This place is not only incompetent when it comes to relaying correct information to patients but also very callus with how they treat people and their medical conditions.
